About Us
Akalp Law Office was founded in Istanbul in 2011 by Attorney Ahmet Volkan Akalp. The office has litigation, advisory and enforcement departments.
Since its foundation, our office has handled legal advisory and representation work for companies and individuals in line with the Attorneys' Act and the rules of the profession. We follow legal developments, legislative changes and court decisions in Türkiye.
Our main practice area is Tax Law; we also handle disputes, litigation and advisory work in Commercial Law, Employment Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Civil Law.
Our principle
In the relationship between attorney and client, we take as our basic principle the careful protection of all commercial and private information and the attorney's duty of confidentiality.
